Great service. HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES! Almost every time I go to this UPS store for an Amazon return (as most other customers use it for Amazon returns, too)u2026 there is a line out the door. I am currently standing in a line of 7 people on the sidewalk OUTSIDE the building. I see another 7-8 people in line INSIDE the store waiting to be helped. The employees are always friendlyu2026 but the wait times are horrible at this location.UPDATE: The line out the door was LONGER than when I waited in line. (see photo)

Worst costumer service ever. I work for a company for people with disabilities, her package arrived a day before her appointment and she needed it asap and itu2019s during Christmas the busiest time here. So they tell me even though I have her folder with all her info they canu2019t release it unless she is physically there even though I could face time her and get her approval. Bunch of BS and I would not give this company the time of day but unfortunately the package came to this piece of crap store. With its incompetent workers.

I used this store to return two amazon packages. One package had come in the original packaging from the manufacturer (how the package was delivered to me from amazon). The employee at the front desk asked if I had a box for it. I said I did not as this is how amazon had shipped it to me and I had taken the label off shortly before I came here to return it. She stated that I would have to buy a box since there was no label and that you can see an outline of where labels were. I found this assumption both unprofessional and inappropriate. I do not appreciate being treated as though I was being dishonest, nor do I agree with being required to pay $9 for a box given the circumstance.

UPS lost my package. I was informed that my package was lost and I needed file a claim at this location where it was originally shipped from.I spent an hour canceling payment on the enclosed check only to be told at this location I needed to wait and come back after 2 more days. I'm still pissed.Called Corporate asking them why they sent me there if I couldn't file a claim yet. They said I should be able to. She asked to talk to the local rep who then was forced to file my claim including the stop payment fee.Avoid this location... They are shady.Update... The Package was delivered after I canceled the check as instructed by UPS. They now have deny my claim even though I did as asked.I will not be using this locate or UPS ever again.

Even though itu2019s always busy when I go into my store, itu2019s the easiest way for me to drop things off because I can use the self service kiosk and get in and get out within less than 10 minutes. And when you order on Amazon a lot itu2019s super nice because it makes it so easy to return things because you donu2019t have to package them yourself. And the people in my store are always nice and ready to help you.
