I was in need of doctor visit and my regular doctor office could not see me for almost 2 1/2 weeks. I as absolutely in agony and very disappointed. I remember seeing Heavens Urgent Care right down the street. So I called to get information about insurance and wait time. The staff was very helpful and informed me I could come in right away. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. I was greeted warmly and taken care of in a quick manner. The entire visit was worth the extra few dollars to get a quick diagnosis and treatment for my condition. Highly recommend

I had been to a different urgent care three days prior and they told me I only had a cold and that I should go back to work. After trying to endure my symptoms I came in to Heavens and found that I have pneumonia. It was such a relief to be taken seriously and to now have a treatment plan and the assurance that I am going to get better. My provider was so kind as well as the lady at the front desk. It was overall a great experience.

I had a very negative experience here. The medical assistant was very nice. Dr. Heavens was not there. I was seen by Joseph F Geffrard Physician Assistant. I had an issue with my right eye. I explained that I had a sore bump on my lower eyelid. Inside my lower lid was very red and sore. The eye was slightly watery but no yellowish discharge. He did not even look at my eye. Just said it's conjunctivitis and prescribed me antibiotic eye drops. I told him it was different than conjunctivitis I have had in the past. He ignored me and I was given the script. I told him I had an allergic reaction to two other eye drops in the past. I started the drops but had another allergic reaction so I stopped them. I went back to pick up the report as it was not ready that day. The report he wrote was that he did a full assessment on both eyes. As I stated earlier, he did not do any physical assessment. what he did report was not even what I told him. It even said there was an issue with my left eye, which there was not. I paid $175 to see an assistant who falsely diagnosed me and falsified a report. This is unacceptable!!!

I had a great experience this morning. Everyone I worked with or saw was attentive, caring, and provided excellent service. It was quick and easy. I received the diagnosis and was then able to get the help I needed. Highly recommended

Took my son in he couldn't walk to well due to an ingrown toenail on his left foot. They took us in quickly however when we went into the back room to wait for the dr it was dirty, there were dirty tissues and the paper on the exam table hadn't been changed.nIt was obvious the room hadn't been disinfected. Dr Joseph heard me complain and moved us to another room. They seemed very unorganized the Dr couldn't find anything he needed in the room, once he found what he needed he examined cleaned my son's toe and prescribed antibiotics. 2 stars for the Dr minus 3 stars for being disorganized and cleanliness....
