I visited this location several months ago and paid all bills in full out of pocket at the time. Recently, they contacted me requesting additional payment that I do not owe. Despite providing documentation multiple times as proof of payment, they continue to insist on the charges and ask for things they should already have on record. Their billing department is highly inefficient, and my account with their clinic shows arbitrary charges applied to both me and my insurance.
