Started okay, but in the last couple months, you canu2019t even get a response. Someone named Tyler was in the office when I first started, and they were great, but then it switched to a new woman who kept taking my information and telling me Iu2019d get a call back, but that never happened. Now no one even picks up. Iu2019ve called multiple times over the course of several weeks and e-mailed. Itu2019s truly disheartening because the psychiatrist here was actually taking me seriously and we found a medication thatu2019s been helping, but now I canu2019t get in touch to schedule a follow up appointment or a refill. Donu2019t waste your time.

Hard to get a hold of both the doctor and the front desk. I played phone tag with them way too many times. I'd call and get the front desk, they would say they'd call me back and never do so. Or I'd leave a message, and they'd never call me back. My doctor wasn't any better. She cancelled an in-person appointment and then the front desk kept saying we're waiting on her to re-schedule so I thankfully found a new doctor at a different clinic. I was running out of meds, and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of her. Then she kept sending my meds to the wrong place instead of using my mail order pharmacy. Mail order pharmacies are very standard and often much cheaper than in-person; I've never had a doctor have so much trouble with it. She would complain about their system and expect me to know how to use it. Why would I as a patient know how to use your prescribing system? That's your job. It's not that hard to find the number for the mail order service and call them if you need help. Would definitely not recommend this place.

This clinic seriously went into the crapper.I had been coming here for the past year or so, and it was awesome back then.I met Christina, Sam, and a few other amazing, wonderful therapists. They also had great psychiatrists.However, around five months or so ago, something happened and communication, calls, and appointments have been non-existent.The management is utterly atrocious and when I call the office, I am greeted with a very rude and impatient receptionist.Doctors are constantly cancelling appointments and not booking follow ups.It's like this organization stopped functioning suddenly.It used to be a great clinic but now it's absolute, utter, and unadulterated garbage.Avoid at all costs.What they're doing is borderline criminal negligence and are extremely unprofessional and unethical.If there is a class action lawsuit on this place, you can count me in.

I started going to this clinic via telehealth in 2022. Something happened about 6 months ago - billing was totally wrong and it took me months to sort out real information - I was getting double-billed. Then my doctor stopped taking new appointments altogether. I switched to another HHIHH doctor, who was fine. I set another appointment with Doc #2 months ago, today I have a telehealth session and sign in - no doctor. I called the clinic and an exasperated receptionist told me that they were essentially closed until 1/1/2024, even though someone in reception booked my telehealth spot today 11/30/23. Nobody tried to reach me to cancel/reschedule my appointment. What happened to this place?! Mismanagement, potential fraud seems afoot and like another reviewer/past patient, I too would join a class action lawsuit should one ever pop up. Terrible clinic, DO NOT book with them!

Wonderfully kind and knowledgeable staff, however the communication is non existent u2014 at least for the last several months. I am unsure of the reality of the situation but it seems to be an extensive issue. I have struggled to get my medication and book appointments. As far as this being a mental health clinic, I think it is unreasonable to offer services which seem to vanish in thin airy. Very unstable and unpredictable access to services for people who need them the most. Hopefully things will turn around for this clinic because the staff was genuinely great!
