My experience was excellent. Nurse Lauren and . My whole care team were exceptional. I particularly thought Dr. Isaac Turner and Colin clearly explained my care plan. My nurse Lindy was very attentive. Bryce was very pleasant. Your ER staff assured that I was comfortable. Omar who did my two CT scans was also pleasant and professional in explaining the CT process which made it less scary. My food was excellent during my stay.

Excellent stay at HFMH! Went in through emergency and was admitted in a reasonable amount of time. The doctors, nurses and technicians were very attentive. They explained to me what was going on and what they were doing. They made me feel comfortable and the food was on time and excellent. The room was very nice and had a large TV. When I was discharged I had an explanation of what I was diagnosed with and follow up instructions for after care. Definitely a 5 STAR facility! I definitely recommend this place for your medical care!

You know a heath system is bad when they have to turn off new reviews. Last two experiences with them were the worst. First they let my elderly mother sit in ER WITH cardiac symptoms so long she left.nnI switched the HF behavioral health for psychiatric care, as they advertised having more resources. The care has steadily degraded. Not so much the staff but the greedy idiots running the place. It's a shame because some doctors care but their hands are tied.nnThey took away the phone number to contact the psychiatry department. I was having a life threatening emergency and the person on the phone tried to take a message about it. How many of your patients have you killed because they could no longer call or reliably contact?nnModern medicine is criminal. Henry Ford could be the poster child.

I would like to give Henry Ford Macomb five stars because the staff is SO awesome, but I can only give it three stars due to hallway ER care with zero privacy. Everyone in the hallway can see and hear what is happening with every other patient nearby. Not only is it embarrassing, but Itu2019s THIRD WORLD!nWe usually find the staff to be patient, caring and professionalu2026all doing their best in spite of the difficult circumstances. They are all heroes! ud83eudd70nDitch the hallway though!!!

This is the worst hospital in the world for emergencies. My son was having the worst attack and he is only 22 years old and they left us in the emergency waiting room for hours. And the girlu2019s at front desk at the emergency unit were so very rude to both me and my son and they were laughing and giving us an attitude. I canu2019t believe how rude can this be. I mean these are not humans. So I suggest that if you have another choice of hospital, go right ahead. Donu2019t u ever come here for an emergency ever.
