I liked that I was able to check in online and complete all forms through their website before I drove over. Everyone who worked there was friendly and efficient from the front desk to the nurse to the nurse practitioner. I was so grateful they were open at 8am on Memorial Day and treated me with the prescriptions needed to get me healing before my symptoms worsened. My exam was thorough and all information was explained to me very well. They even gave me a shot of prednisone before I left to help my healing begin. Highly recommended!

Went in twice for the same issue after dermatologist missed something. I have only ever had excellent experiences at MD now where they take the time to see you and are thorough. Highly recommended for non emergency care. Doctors are always capable and professional. The best part is the calm atmosphere where there is no quota to see as many people as possible.

I had an injury, but wasnu2019t quite sure how I obtained it. So I decided to try going to MD Now. When I entered, it was clean and quiet. The receptionist was polite and helpful. When I was seen, the nurse was professional, friendly, and very efficient. The Doctor came in rather quickly and examined me and explained everything. He provided suggestions and recommendations for how to resolve my issue, making sure that I understood everything that was being explained. This was the first time that I have needed to go to Urgent Care, but with this experience, if need be, Iu2019d much rather return here than an Emergency Room.

This is my second visit to this office. First visit was for my daughter's school physical and the second visit was due to being sick with a nasty cough. Both visits were excellent. I've never experienced a walk-in clinic or a doctors office that was so professional. The nurses and doctor there are amazing. The front desk staff is always so sweet and welcoming. I definitely recommends this location!

The facility itself was nice, clean and felt like an actual doctors office instead of a clinic. The staff I interacted with were all pleasant and friendly. Wait time wasn't unreasonable. I went to get diagnosed/treated for a bad cough. I paid CASH for the initial visit and was told I had to put a card on file, so I did. In the course of my visit the doctor sent me to another location for xray. I was told there was no additional charge for this. Fine, I went. Later that day I was called to confirm the diagnosis (pneumonia) and they called in 2 prescriptions. Doctor wanted me to come in for follow up, which i did and they charged my card the fee. Fine. At this point I am finished, no other visits.nIMAGINE my surprise when I see 2 MORE CHARGES TO MY CARD!!!! And not small amounts! What the heck for??? I will be calling shortly to get this straightened out, but seriously.... at no point was I told there would be additional charges after I was finished.i made sure to ask due to limited funds.
