We love Hero Family Dental. I came here after having a few negative experiences with dental offices. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I never wait long. Iu2019m truly glad to have found this HERO FAMILY DENTAL. I had a disappointing experience at a previous dental clinic due to poor treatment and unfriendly service, but this place was completely different. DR. JOO is honest and kind, and took the time to answer each of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, which really helped build my trust. What I appreciated the most was that they only recommend treatments that are genuinely necessaryu2014thereu2019s no over-treatment. The dentistu2019s philosophy of preserving the patientu2019s natural teeth as much as possible really resonated with me. I received three crown treatments here and was very satisfied with the results.nnThe staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable every time I visited. Dr. Joo is the best and the honest dentist. He values in preserving the natural teeth as best as he can, not seeing a patient as a money making opportunity. He is gentle, kind, and professional as dentist can be. This place is 40min away from my work but with the service I'm getting, it is more than worth the drive. Thank you

Dr. Joo and his team are extremely professional. Unfortunately, I had a dental emergency, and half of my two front teeth were busted off. My wife called around and they were able to work us into their schedule the same day. Dr. Joo communicated thoroughly during the entire process, and took his time. He made an extremely difficult repair look like it never even happened, and I couldnu2019t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!!!
