I am so glad that I came to this Urgent-MD.nI was in there quickly . Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I even had a chest x-ray in the same location. Someone kept telling me to go to my doctor. If I would have went to my doctor, trust me I would not have been happy. It would be a long wait, then I would have to go across town for a simple x -ray. The doctor was cool too.

Attentive nurse and doctor. The front desk clerk however was uncourteous and dismissive while conducting a personal call. Difficult to communicate with while I was infected with COVID-19. Taking the time to properly listen to me and showing me where to sit while I wait would have been a great improvement.nnAgain grateful to the nursing and medical staff.

hours listed are not accurate. twice on two different occasions (weeks apart, mind you) iu2019ve tried to come in well before closing time (typically around 11am) and the place was locked up and shut down. no notice left, no indication that it SHOULD be closed at that time. even the times on the door say it should be open every day. i understand holidays (obviously) but on days when it should be open, itu2019s just closed sometimes. i even tried calling the front desk though i figured that would be fruitless as the place was clearly closed, and i was right considering no one picked up. i just feel like even just a paper notice on the front door could be beneficial if they intend to close on random days, so i donu2019t make a useless trip up. perhaps itu2019s my fault for not calling in advance, but why would i assume the place to be closed on a day i know it should be operating?nnall of that being said, the one time i DID actually receive service from here, i thought the visit went smoothly and my problem was well resolved. just wish i wasnu2019t the unfortunate individual who always seems to come on the wrong day, i guess.

Courteous staff ...quick thorough service...nI will say they do need to work on getting masks back in there office making them available for everyone.... And the janitor needs to pay a visit but other than that everything was cool thank you

First time here. Was in need due to serious back pain. Staff could not have been nicer. PA was exceptional and following all his recommendations.
