Going to urgent care with 2 sick kids is not the way you want to spend any amount of time out of the house but I genuinely enjoy this urgent care. The nurses and Dr are always so nice to me and the kids. I usually prepare for a decent wait especially at peak sick season, but to me it's worth it. The Dr is very kind and always tells me everything I need to know and gives a few tips on making the kids more comfortable.

Was referred to this location by my surgeon for a pre-surgical physical. The form had specific tests that were required and it specifically said that an EKG was not required unless there was a history of cardiac issues which I do not have. However, this location insisted that I had to have both an EKG AND bloodwork because I was over 50, neither of which were/are needed according to the official form and they were not required by my surgeon. Left frustrated and disappointed with the personnel here and will now have to travel somewhere else to get the paperwork signed. I have medically-induced PTSD (white coat syndrome) which made this encounter worse.

I brought my 6 month old in just before they closed to get a new script bc it was friday evening, and i had just discovered that her Dr didn't send in her script. Not an ideal situation but they got us in and out quickly without skipping anything. They sent me with a script in time to be filled at the pharmacy so I could get the meds in her system right away! They were kind and professional.

Dr. Melissa Holmes saved my life!! Been suffering for 2 months with a chest issue she knew right off the bat what was wrong with me! I had been to the hospital and to my doctor neither knew what was wrong with me but she did Thank you from the bottom of my heart Melissa oh the Trelegy works Wonders you are an amazing doctor!!!

8pm is the closing time posted. But they don't see you after 7:30.I got there at 7:44pm they said we're sorry, they couldn't see me with a apathetic demeanor, I understand they want to leave at 8. I'm a caregiver and sometimes we gotta go the extra mile it's apart of our job. God Bless you , praying you remember what we're all here for.
