Don't go to this place! Didn't do anything but tell me they needed to see xrays. Charged me $300 dollars. Didn't send it through insurance, refused too send me a itemized bill and now are trying to sue me for their billing issue. I refuse to overpay for services they can't actually prove they provided and they didn't ever bill my insurance. Furthermore, they shared my private health information to a creditor (WHICH IS ILLEGAL under hippa). These people are scum!

I have been to several physical therapy and pain management facilities. Mountain View Pain Center has been amazing Kale is amazing has helped me regain strength, movement, and feeling back in my foot and leg. He really cares about his patients. Carissa has been so helpful listening to my pain symptoms , and explaining options of treatment . Thank you so much ! Pilar

Not a single shred of empathy, kindness or consideration from front staff and front office manager. They will see you at your absolute lowest, dying on a vine struggeling to even survive and their response is to hold your very needed appointments hostage for microscopic amounts of money owed, and that amount they think you owe is USUALLY wrong, and what's even worse is that this is common knowledge in the office. They still don't care, it is all about the money

The provider cancelled my appointment due to being sick back in March, it was the end of April before I could get another one. Three hours before my appointment they rescheduled it because it had been over 2 months and I needed to have a new evaluation done. This is unacceptable, as I am already an existing patient and this was their scheduling issue. I will be going somewhere else, now that I have been waiting 2 months to be seen.
