I have been to this location several times, for different services, and the front desk people are the rudest I have ever encountered. They speak to you with such harshness and are impossible to be nice to patients. Fingers crossed I will not have to enter this facility ever again.

Well, first of all, they advertise that they are open @7:30am and here I sit in my vehicle waiting as on their door it now states 8:00am. Fix that!!! Not a good start. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't open until 8:05-8:20am....we'll see. Update coming soon. Well, here is the update.....I was wrong and I don't mind saying that. A young lady promptly opened the doors at 8:00 am. I was in and out within an hour. Staff was kind.

I went here to have a drug test done for my job an ended up having to wait over two hours!!!! I had to hold my pee for two hours in pain an as people continued to come in they let them take their test before the others that where sitting their waiting longer! It was beyond the most unprofessional place I have been to.

My experience here was not pleasant. Mind you i went three different times and the front desk ladies are very rude and act like they hate their jobs. I would not recommend this office and i dread going myself. The first time i went for a TB test and had my 6 year old with me. For them to be rude and say babies cannot be in the office (that was rude) i clearly stated she is not a baby, she's a child like have some respect. I went back later by myself and they were still rude. I was mis informed by my employer that they were paying for the test. No big issue they didn't so i paid out of pocket. As you see my paper they gave me says come back on 4/28 before 3:05pm or on 4/28 after 3:05pm which makes no sense at all but i came at approximately 2:00pm to be told in a rude way No you have to come at exactly 3:05pm not only was that inconvenient as i pick my kids up from school but that nurse Teresa needs to double check she's putting the right information. They also need to let their employees know smiling and having good customer service is apart of the field they work in.

Super efficient experience. I came in on a Friday @ 3:30pm as a walk-in and had a pleasant interaction with the receptionist who got me all the relevant paperwork information and walked me through the procedure/process for my visit and answered my questions. As soon as my paperwork was finished I was taken to the back. My nurse was so friendly and personable. Everyone wished me a good weekend on the way out. Couldnu2019t have asked for a better visit.
