I am very disappointed with the level of care they provide. I went in 3 days ago and waited for an hour. No one else was in the waiting room to be seen buy a physician assistant. I was told the test they wanted to run would be back with results in twenty 42 thirty six hours again, that was three days ago. I've received 0 results. Although I signed up for their portal, they have my email address. They have my phone number, no call, no email. Today I try to call them. I'll get sent to voicemail. Finally Get ahold of AA person who's working remotely. Who can't seem to find the results? Says she's going to transfer me to the front. I go back to voicemail ten minutes on the phone.I still don't have the results. I went in with a specific concern and asked for a test to rule it out or an antibiotic to treat it.Both were denied.

I called and asked if they could help me get my DOT medical card, and they said yes, so I went in there to take my physical. I paid them $100 just to tell me that they will not give me the test results until I pass a drug screen that is not required by the DOT. When I went back to ask them some questions, one of the ladies that works there threatended to call the police on me. I asked to speak with the person that I delt with before (Pam) and she said she wouldn't come to the front for some reason to help resolve the issue. I would NOT use this place if you can help it. They don't know what they are talking about, and will tell you different things depending on who you ask.

Loved the doctors. Very efficient front desk and a great team of specialists. They made sure that I am doing better by giving a call back and seeing me again in the office.

The nurses in the waiting room were very nice and informative! The MA that took me back to the room was great, she really made me feel comfortable, and gave me lots of info. When I finally saw the Provider I felt rushed and she didn't really seem to want to listen to my concerns. I know it was after or close to closing when was but that is no reason or excuse.

The team at Advanced EmUrgent Care are pleasant and wonderful people. The receptionist welcomed me with a smile and happily checked me in. My wait time was fair. Maritza walked me back to the room and was caring and kind. Elizabeth the NP really took her time with me. She explained to me my symptoms and what to expect in the days to come as I start to get better. She told me what to do if I donu2019t and really listened to my concerns.nThis will be the place for me to come in any event that I may need them again. They are truly amazing people who genuinely seem to care.
