Always have your audio recorder on any doctor. Don't trust the cardiologist to do the right thing or you will die. Staff is RUDE except his tech. He had been there for 7 years, he is so nice.

Used to be a decent place. Forced to switched to another doctor again because the good one's seem to stay about a year then leave. Staff seems unwilling to appeal insurance prior authorization denials, and don't care about patients input on the issue. Time to start looking for another practice. Don't fall for the your new doctor can access your old doctor's records routine within the clinic routine. They can but what they fail to tell you is that they cannot or will not send those records to the insurance company for prior authorization requests.

10/10 recommend friendly staff! Staff was very nice and amazing. Took my father to see Dr. Makhlouf. He was able to communicate with my dad in Spanish, also address any questions or concerns we had!! My father needed xray and blood work everything was done within the clinic. We were in and out!! Thank you Dr. Makhlouf and to the staff!!!!!

The absolute worst PCP I have ever been to. Completely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled a new patient appointment and arrived on time. I waited one hour after my appointment time before I was finally seen. When Dr. Rainford walked in, there was no apology or explanation for why I had been waiting so long. A nurse entered the room and her and Dr. Rainford exchanged some irritable words back and forth before Dr. Rainford shut her out of the room; Dr. Rainford rolled her eyes in frustration that returned to complete intake questions for my annual. I asked her to also be tested for STIs. She informed me that she would not do this, and that I had to schedule that with a GYN. What?? I have NEVER had a PCP refuse to do a STI testing.... I was already getting blood drawn and giving a urine sample. This is standard practice for all PCPs to be able to test for STIs. She did not ask if I was having symptoms or an urgent need related to my ask for STI testing... what if I was??? Months later, I reluctancy sent her a secure message as I had not found a new PCP and wanted to request a medication for my eczema (something I have had since childhood). There was no response to my secure message until THREE weeks later. Three weeks later, I received a call from front desk noting that Dr. Rainford said I would have to be referred to dermatology to get my steroid cream. I told front desk, I sent that message 3 weeks ago....my rash is gone. Their response was, yeah, our secure message goes to a third party, so it takes a while to reach us. That is COMPLETELY unacceptable as standard practice is to respond to secure messages within 48 hours. I could have given them a week... but 3 weeks to respond is just crazy. I hope they are responding faster to those who may have more urgent needs. Safe to say I wasted no time finding a new PCP after that.Additionally, I was seeing an GYN here at the clinic. While the GYN experience with this provider was great, I did my ultrasound testing for fibroids and did not receive follow up on this afterwards. When I called to inquire about the test results, I was informed the GYN provider was no longer at the clinic, and no one can apparently tell me what my ultrasound results show or how many fibroids I had. I had just seen the GYN 2 weeks prior. There was no notice or information that she was leaving or would no longer be with the practice. And to not be able to have anyone give me my results after paying for an ultrasound is unacceptable.... this clinic needs to do better overall.Dr. Resman in Endocrinology is PHENOMENAL though. Thorough. GREAT bedside manner. Took her time in our appointment, and left me with no questions to be had. I will only return for her.

I have an medical emergency and was referred to this clinic by the hospital emergency doctor. My kidney is blocked and is swelling up like a balloon. I advised the doctor office what the hospital said and my insurance doesn't start until February 1st but my insurance will go back 3 months. The lady was not listening to me at all and just kept saying that I had to pay out of pocket. I advised her that I had no money because I lost my job not long ago but they didn't care they were just worried about the money. They didn't care the my kidney is blocked and I will lose my kidney. I'm too young to lose a kidney.
