The gentleman working the front desk was very kind and clearly explained insurance and payment policies so I would know what to expect financially. The Drs. were prompt and got X-rays and referred me to a specialist. The wait time wasn't unreasonable, and results were given back asap. Very pleased with the entire process and happy to get started getting fixed up.

Very poor patient care. No communication from the front desk when wait times go from an estimated 10-15 minutes to over 90 minutes, even with an appointment. The front desk was abandoned and patients came and went without being seen during our prolonged wait in an empty lobby. I would highly recommend hometown urgent care instead just down the road - it is a night and day difference from how bad my experience was here. I was able to schedule an appointment while waiting in the lobby at this poorly run urgent care center, drive five minutes down the road, show up and be seen within 15 minutes at hometown urgent care. I understand wait times can fluctuate and it isnu2019t the fault of an urgent care center for being busy, but thereu2019s no excuse for abandoning the front desk and shrugging your shoulders at patients who have waited 90 minutes past their appointment time. Patient care and respect is not a priority at Ohio state urgent care and there are plenty of other reviews that share a similar experience to my own here.

This place is a joke ever since it transfered over to OSU. Waited 10min in line only to be told they had no more appointments. Why let me stand there in line if you knew you couldn't accommodate more patients? With all that time waiting in line I ended up booking an appointment online for the next day(against my better judgement)No cut off appointment time is listed at the location. If my doctor was open past 5pm I definitely would not be at this place. Care has been on the lower end since the OSU takeover as well. You have to ask for specific basic medical test to be performed. Be your own advocate always, I'm paying a premium for an urgent care visit you'd think the care would be better. Time to find a new place.

This was the WORST URGENT CARE Iu2019ve ever been to. We got there and it was an hour wait, which I know they canu2019t really control. We ran into a family with a small child that had been waiting 3+ hours before they got called back and the employees seemed in no hurry to help anyone. My dad had a bad infection in his hand and when the doctor finally got to us after being there for two hours, she said he needed to take a medication or they would take his finger. Told us when we left that they called the meds in at the pharmacy, but when we got there the pharmacy didnu2019t have anything and both places closed in an hour. Trying to get ahold of them over the phone was a nightmare, but when we did the lady said there was nothing called in and they had the wrong pharmacy on file. We finally got his medication and turns out, they called in the wrong one so his infection hasnu2019t gotten any better. Please go ANYWHERE else. Will get better treatment.

This is the first negative review Iu2019ve ever given to a healthcare facility. I tested positive for COVID and was quite sick when I visited. Unfortunately, I left without any real help.nnThe provider intended to prescribe Paxlovid but did not check for potential conflicts with my current medications. I had to inform her myself about a known interaction. When I asked for a prescription cough syrupu2014a medication I use only every few years when Iu2019m severely ill and unable to sleep due to a relentless coughu2014she declined to prescribe it.nnI was left feeling unheard and untreated. I will not return to this facility, as there are many other options available that may offer better care and attention.
