the reason why I'm given one star. It's not because of the nurses that took care of me as because of the billing department and how they charge me over $16,300 for 2 night stay. They called it outpatient the other 2 nights they charged me for 6,000 which was inpatient. And there wasn't much difference from the first 2 nights to the second night care that should be illegal. That being said the nurses, aides, and Dr. knew their jobs they did a good job. When you have to go in the hospital to stay. Make sure they treat you as an in patient.

Always come here instead of the hospital in Caro. 9/10 the care is fast and effective, they actually care here and want to get to the bottom of it instead of treating you as a number.

Cass City Hospital failed us again. That was the third time and weu2019re done. I wonu2019t go into that past negative experiences, but our last was terrible. My daughter had severe stomach pain, drs and after hours was closed. We went to the ER. We were there a total of 15 minutes. Dr. Jason Lester did not listen to anything we had to say. He did not do any tests. Disregarded us with a smug attitude. She complained of a soar throat as well. He looked in her throat as said u201cno puss pockets sheu2019s fineu201d he gave her a motrin and sent us home. Nothing improved. The next day I finally could get her into her dr. Thumb Peds. They ran all sorts of tests including an xray and strep test. My daughter was severely impacted with poop and also had strep throat! I guess if you are donu2019t have puss pockets, no need for concern according to Lester. After she was diagnosed and treatly properly at Thumb Peds. she is doing great! Like I said this isnt the first time we have been treated this way at the Cass City ER. Once my daughter had a severe reaction to penicillin and was rushed to the ER to be under-dosed by a doctor. Her reaction reduced and we were sent home just to come back an hour later with another flare up. They dosed my daughter for a 30lb child when she was 60lbs so the steroids were not working! It took 3 trips and 3 different doctors there to finally get the right treatment. We will never go there again. I just want to mention the dr. Name again who mistreated us in all ways possible.nDr. Jason Lester.

Never in my life have I experience a hospital like this. Every single time I go it's always a good experience. Everyone is so nice and understanding. They get you in right away and they are all very good at their jobs. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I was not in the hospital, I was in the rehabilitation center, or whatever itu2019s called to be seen for a follow up by Amanda Cook, this is the second time this has happened to me, itu2019s hard to believe that it takes over an hour to be seen when there was no one in the parking lot when I walked in!
