I literally wish I had a place like this where I live. At my scariest time the amazing staff Paris, Kris, and Kaspar were my stable Lifesavers. They kept me calm and were gentle with me. They made me feel safe and cared for as family. Especially because I'm not from Vegas and I don't have a support system here. I would recommend this location and team to everyone I come across as the BEST emergency healthcare providers and where you will get results and understand your situation with healing. Thank you again Paris, Kaspar, and Kris for helping me get through this. The communication was easy and light. Yet very direct, I enjoyed the laughter and ud83dudcaf satisfaction of Elite Medical Center. ud83dudc4dI ended up being transferred to a bigger hospital and ended up leaving my vehicle in parking lot and scared it would of been towed or broken into. However the whole staff at Elite were aware and checked on my vehicle. I recently had to visit the emergency room, and I must say that my experience was surprisingly positive, given the circumstances. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff remained calm and professional, which immediately put me at ease.nnThe triage nurse was attentive and empathetic, taking the time to listen to my concerns and ensuring I was comfortable while waiting for my turn. My wait time was shorter than I anticipated, and soon after, I was seen by a knowledgeable physician who explained the procedures clearly and addressed all my questions.nnThe medical team was exceptionally skilled and worked collaboratively. They provided excellent care, and I felt genuinely supported throughout the process. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a reassuring environment.nnOverall, I was impressed by the level of care I received in the ER. They handled my situation with professionalism and compassion, turning an understandably stressful experience into a manageable one. I had a great experience with the staff! Brad RN took great care of me and was so compassionate from intake all the way until shift change! Brittany RN did a great job with my IV and made me feel very comfortable and safe. Set made the registration process easier than ever! Dr. Gong provided outstanding care and made me feel like all of my needs were met. Isaac and Parris RN safely discharged me and made sure I had everything I needed to go home! The elite staff was great and I highly recommend this facility!

We arrived at around 6pm and we were quickly brought back to an examination room. The nurses, staff and doctor were all amazing. Iu2019m sure their nights are filled with very stressful situations but they treated us with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I have tremendous respect and gratitude for everyone who took care of us .nGreat experience with wonderful peoplenThank you !!
