They send all calls to a call center and when transferred they do not answer, you have to leave a message, or the call center doesn't answer, and the Dr's staff doesn't return calls. They do not open from lunch on time and take a very long to time to get things done while at the appointment. The lobby looks nice, but the furniture is too low for many geriatric patients and those with back and knee pain and injuries. The chairs and couches are also so worn there is not padding and it feels hard and like you are going to drop through a hole. They take forever to check you out and get your paperwork, they try to reschedule your next appointment for you without asking your availability. They took 3mo to get a handicap placard request into the DMV.nVery bad office.

I really like this clinic, i go to the clinic in San Fernando and Doctor Cecil Shikiya is the best and all the girls nurses are hands on to any issues. I changed clinics my previous primary doctor was such trash and i had a really bad experience and since i switched to this clinic it has been nothing but a great experience they make me feel like my health is important to them.nThank you Doctor Cecil and thank you all the amazing girls in the front and back office.

Very hard to make an appointment. Twice in the last month I have been on hold more than an hour each time. March 11th hung up on 3 times after on hold almost 20 minutes each call. Today 33 minutes then a hang up and 31 minutes the time I was helped

I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez.nThe staff is friendly and professional.nMy father and I both are seen by Dr. Hernandez. He goes over all your concerns. Explains to you so you understand what your needs are to get you well. Whether medications, mri's or send you to a specialist. He is always available also by phone. The staff and nurses are always helpful,friendly and professional. The medical field is always so busy. I would like thank all in this field. Thank you Dr.Hernandez and staff. I appreciate you.

I feel, like I should edit my review after giving this office some time to improve. Ladies at the front have gotten so much better! Not sure if they are the same as years ago or is new personnel. They answer calls on their schedule and are attentive. Plus doctors they hire are top notch ud83dudc4c
