The instructions in their app said you can check in online. Waited for two hours because I did check in online instead of with the reception desk. I was told later on that nobody knew I was there, but I was in front of the reception and nobody called out for my name at my time slot. Iu2019ve already met with the doctoru2019s assistant previously and she knew my time slot but still did not call me to go in to see the doctor. The check in gal is awful. It doesnu2019t stop. Horrible service.Thank goodness the doctor is great. Other wise Iu2019d never go to Hoag again.

The wait time is terribly long to see my primary, over the phone or in the office. expect to wait 30 mins to over an hour. The only reason I give a 3 is because Dr. Le has always been on time and truly listens to my concerns. Itu2019s crazy they cancel appointments if you are late after 15 minutes and expect patients to wait around for over an hour.

Appointment Suite 100, parking is TERRIBLE , be sure allocate 15 minutes to find a parking spot, however the Doctor ud83dudc68u200du2695ufe0f, the Nurses and all other employees are wonderful & so kind!!!

The worst medical groups,I have ever seen . You call, follow up they never reply. You have critical condition, you call , no contact with doctor, if you can talk with team , they said we will text to doctor , they never call you , you can die,they don't care. I was bleeding call them , nurse told me call me back immediately, but after three days nothing. The reception told me he is not your doctor ud83dude02ud83dude02 he is specialist .you should call your family doctor,even if he prescribed wrong medication. Even I called the customer relationship they didn't call me back .worst experience. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21Pay of your pocket , get nothing
