Had an outstanding experience at Hoag Urgent Care! From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptional, courteous, and friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our visit. Dr. Cindy was absolutely amazing! The way she interacted with and examined my 7-year-old was truly impressiveu2014her approach was so thoughtful, calm, and professional. Don't believe she was a pediatric doctor but she definitely has the ability to be the best at pediatric care. We loved her! I highly recommend this urgent care facility for anyone in need of excellent care!

Developed a chronic persistent cough and decided to make an appointment to urgent care since regular doctor appointment take too long. Appointment online was super easy and got the time slot I needed. Showed up to urgent care and was checked in right away with a minimal wait before I was ushered into have my vitals checked and in less than a few minutes the doctor came in and attended to me addressing all my concerns in a very friendly and easy to understand manner. All in all was a great experience from beginning to end. I definitely recommend this clinic. It is super clean and well organized .

I was able to make a same-day appointment.I was greeted warmly, and was taken in at my appointment time.My medical assistant guy was hilarious, and instantly makes patients feel relaxed (my BP benefited). Love anyone that teases on the spot.Leila introduced herself by name and did a thorough exam. She asked questions and was interested in my history. She wasn't condescending about my seeking help, and confirmed my numerous allergies. She prescribed something and gave me information and instructions that far exceeded what I'd been given in the past for the same issue.I walked away feeling seen and validated, and more informed.
