The wait time was not long at all. The doctor and nurses were so friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and explained what was going on with my situation. I left feeling great and every question I asked they answered. If I ever have an emergency again I would go back to Cape Fear Valley Hoke Hospital. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

Had to visit the ED on 5/20/25. I arrived at 11 15 am and had to wait almost 3 hours in the waiting area. I guess letting them know I was dizzy and BP was high didnu2019t seem like a legitimate emergency.nAlthough the wait was long; the staff was excellent and my nurse Alexander was outstanding. Dr. L was fantastic and explained my diagnosis in detail.nnThanks to all who had a hand in getting me stabilized. BTW, the ED was spotless!

Clean and pretty. Employees were very nice and kept an eye on patients if they had any increase in pain and. I got worse so they took me to the back so I could take pressure off of my leg on a bed. The doctor was very concerned and talked to me and after he examined me he told me what was wrong and gave me a pill and in 30 minutes I was walking out with very little pain. Yes I will return to this ER whenever I need quick and correct care Thanks for the great care.

We checked my 90 yr old mother into the ED Thursday afternoon. Every employee including security that we came in contact with they were extremely helpful and supportive, especially the 2nd floor staff after my mom was admitted in room 223. She was treated like she was the only patient on the floor!!! Thank you everyone

The staff, medical professionals and security guards are all very pleasant and professional. The hospital is clean and the cafeteria food is pretty good. The wait time for emergency room care is much shorter than the Owen drive location in Fayetteville. Iu2019ve stayed here a few times over night, and experienced great bed side manners from everyone I encountered. I just wish they had a maternity ward. Highly recommend!
