Had great service as soon as I walked in the door! I was pulled into a room super fast and the doctor was awesome and made sure to take care of all my needs! I went in with an ear infection and he went above and beyond to care for not only the ear infection but the lingering cough Iu2019ve had for 2 weeks! Iu2019ll be going back next time I need to visit the doctor!

We walked in and were greeted by the doctor to inform us that he has no front staff for about 20 mins. We just waited around because my daughter didn't feel good. Once someone came in and we went into the back the doctor began checking my daughter out and he swabbed her nose and throat without gloves on and set them down on a glove on the counter. I felt this was very unprofessional.

I had a (my) dog bite on my index finger and it was getting infected so I came here and was seen right away and they gave me a shot and a script. Fast and efficient! Wonderful as an Urgent Care!

Easily the worst urgent care I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I went for a simple ear cleaning and instead I was met with some old guy taking a sharp tool, ramming it into my ear, and ending up leaving my ear worse than when I came in. My ear was cut up and bleeding, the wax was stuffed further in, and I have had ear infections in that year from, what I believe, the u201cdoctorsu201d complete failure to help.nnThe receptionist is cool and helpful, which is the only reason this place is getting one star. Go to Fenton because they actually care about helping their patients.
