Although the wait was quite long it was understandable given the attention they give to each individual patient. My radiologist was Hazel, she was thorough and explained to me everything to me while doing my ultrasound. The front desk was also accommodating by getting me for this appt last minute.

Today I went to Hollywood Diagnostics Center to have a bone density completed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out the most was a young man by the name of Shaun. Shaun approached the front desk with a young lady who did not speak English. He kindly asked if there was anyone available to translate because he could not understand what the young lady was saying to him. The staff member at the front desk spoke to the young lady in Spanish and the young lady asked her question of which was translated to Shaun then he answered the question and the young lady translated his answern. He even asked if she had any more questions to ask. The attentiveness he showed to that young lady was what I breathed a short prayer and asked if I could get someone like that to show the same care and concern for me. At that moment, to me, no one mattered except that young lady. He was so focused on making sure her needs were me and all of her questions were answered. I was totally impressed. Well my prayers came true. The next person Mr Shaun called was me and he came me the same care and concern he gave that young lady. Thank you for hiring employees who show so much care and concern for others. I felt like I was inside of Publix where, to me, shopping is truly a pleasure and I donu2019t mind sharing with them the kindness I see done towards others and myself. The worst mammogram I ever had. The most painful ever. I had always had my mammogram at HDC. The lady who used to do my mammogram was nice, gentle and kind. The woman who did my mammogram today was brusque, uncaring, no gentleness at all. She has difficulty adjusting the machine to my height and getting my breast to the position that she wanted. And she blames me for these she said I keep moving which is not true. In one instance she lifted my right breast to the machine so abruptly that I had to tell her its painful what she did. I had never had such a painful mammogram until this woman performed one on me.nI was extremely glad when it was over. It was torture! I hope my breasts will not have/develop unfortunate conditions because of how this woman did the mammogram.
