The people here were awesome! Caitlin (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) was really kind and helpful, and the doctor was just the nicest.nnI didn't feel rushed, they were very attentive and kind, and I really appreciate it. It's the exact opposite experience I've had from every other clinic I've been to.nnI walked in, waited under an hour, was home and under 2 hours. The prices are extremely generous, I've paid three times more for x-rays even when I had insurance.nnI really can't say enough good things about this place. I hope to not need to come back, but should Fortune require it, I would think of here first.

The staff here was wonderful start to finish. Making an appointment was easy. Rob was super quick to run through history. Michelle was so sweet, friendly, and made a quick plan. Quickest in and out for an urgent care Iu2019ve ever had. Would recommend to anyone

I am lkhamerdene .This was honestly one of the worst experiences Iu2019ve ever had at a clinic. I came in on February 15th because I was sick and needed an X-ray and proper examination. But instead of getting the help I needed, I was told the doctor was sick u2014 so no X-ray, no diagnosis, no real medical care. They just did a pointless basic cleaning and still charged me $120.nnWhatu2019s worse is that no one ever followed up with me. I had to go to another clinic myself to get the X-ray, and still didnu2019t get any useful advice. I ended up wasting over $200 and an entire workday u2014 all for absolutely nothing.nnIt honestly felt like they didnu2019t care about me at all. Maybe it was because of my name or background, but I felt ignored and dismissed. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful toward patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you actually want real medical help.

Excellent urgent care. The staff is great and they are organized. Iu2019ve been to many other urgent cares in the area, and there is a reason why this one has such a good rating. They are efficient, good, and they really do care about the patients, going the extra mile.
