My experience with NP Ellen Moran at MetroHealth was terrible. I ended up in the ER the day after seeing her because of a misdiagnosis. She was so focused on my rapid heart rate that she ignored all my other symptoms. She kept insisting I had either COVID or the flu, saying it was u201cgoing around,u201d but didnu2019t even bother to test me, claiming it was unnecessary since Iu2019d been sick for a while.nnThe lack of communication there is obvious. NP asked me if anyone had swabbed me. Also, I asked for a work note and got discharged without one. All they sent me home with were prescriptions for cough syrup and an inhaler. The next day, I still couldnu2019t breathe, and my symptoms were getting worse.nnThis whole experience made me realize I need to switch my health insurance because MetroHealthu2019s care was honestly garbage.

A lot of people arent reviewing the actual Urgent Care Facility. I will be reviewing the Urgent care part of this building. This is my first use of an urgent care facility. I previously was part of Fairview Hopsital familt medicine and would normally be able to squeeze me in. This place the time was listed on the website as a current wait time of 17 minutes. Others were are 5. When I got in they they WERE busy. I havent been in the University Hospitals affiliated place for 15 years. I didnt have to fill out pointless paperwork. I handed my drivers license to them and paid my Co-Pay. 5 minutes later I was brought into the triage room. I had the normal triage for my complaint and was led to an exam room. I sat there about 17 minutes probably was more like 20. I came in and the doctor was fantastic. Her name escapes me but it was definately Chinese. She was fantasstic. I told her the history of what my problem was over the past 3 weeks. She indicated without me saying anything three drugs which is precisely what I had read was the treatment. She put it in the system and sent it to my pharmacy. I left the building and guess what! The drugs were there and filled. So as far as precise urgent care. This place got it for me.
