I came to this urgent care because my PCP was not available for the next six weeks. The PA here, Shimon is amazing and was so kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to me. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and understood the plan of action regarding my treatment. I left feeling truly cared for and reassured. I recently visited Holy Cross Urgent Care and was treated by the PA Mike. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.nnUpon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quickly getting me checked in and settled. The wait time was impressively short, especially considering the nature of an urgent care facility.nnMike was incredible. Despite the busy environment, he took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns without making me feel rushed. He conducted a thorough examination and explained his diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Today I came to this place to get an x-ray. I was greeted, I filled out a form, they asked me about the pain, and in 10 minutes I had an x-ray. I didn't remember the names of the workers, but they all did a great job. Thank you for your work.

I recently came here when I was extremely dehydrated and couldnu2019t keep anything down at all. No water for over 24 hours and I was so grateful when I came here they got me in quickly and did an IV drip for me and also gave me lots of anti-nausea medication. I was severely dehydrated and no places around me (exer, etc) had the option to do IV drops, but this place did! Iu2019m sooo grateful.nnThe doctor there was the absolute best, he not only knew exactly what to do and was super diligent and supportive, but he also was very kind to me in a moment of panic. He took care of me like family and made me feel so comfortable and safe. I left after a couple hours feeling %100 better when I would have never expected to feel that good that quickly after coming in.nnThe other staff were amazing too, all very kind, helpful and diligent. Them and the doctor checked in on me every few minutes and made sure I was feeling better.nnThis is the only place Iu2019ll go to from now on!
