I donu2019t even know where to begin. From the front desk to the physician and his assistant, the attention, detail and care I received were just fantastic. Even through the phone the team was very attentive and kind.Although you donu2019t hope to need to go back to urgent care, at least I know where the go now.

You look too comfortable to be in pain this was the exact statement the doctor said to me. Excuse me? I fought the urge to curse him out right there as I've been suffering for the last 5 days and wouldn't have came in if I wasn't in extreme pain. I had to go back and forth to even be properly checked out and get an xray done. I use to be prescribed medication for my painful menstrual cycle so excuse me for being conditioned to look fine while hurting! He didn't take my pain seriously and when i thanked him for finally doing an xray, that i fought for, to rule out any serious problems he responds yea it was for you not me with a condescending matter of fact tone. Disgusting and unprofessional!! Went from oh its just muscle pain to my rib cage is inflamed which is causing the pain. Pretty sure the xray is what showed you that ud83dude44. Will NEVER come here again. 2 stars because the ladies up front were welcoming and pleasant very sweet all around. The doctor however should be replaced with someone who is actually willing to do their job. Talking down to your patients and down playing their pain is not how a medical professional should conduct themselves. Had he known I've taken medical classes for the last 5 years maybe he wouldn't of spoken to me as if I'm some illiterate child then again it seems he talks to all women that way.

I had a great experience during my visit this past Monday, December 16, 2024. I highly recommend this facility.One of the front desk workers was very nice and pleasant. The other front desk worker u2014- not so much. However, do not be discouraged u2014with a little communication and self-awareness of how customers perceive her u201cfixed scowlu201d facial expression, she can remedy this.I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. This is always a bonus when you are feeling unwell. Once I was called to the back, everyone from the nurse, doctor, and radiologist were extremely professional and kind.Again, an overall exceptional experience!!!!

I was there 4/13/2025. I was greeting nicely and was taken back right away. Dr Hassan was very quick to diagnose me and took time to look at my records at Holy Cross. I highly recommend going here if you have something you need tended to right away. I was there less than an hour, got a breathing treatment and home with antibiotics. Thank you to the entire team there on a Sunday!
