I took my elderly dad to urgent care today because he was having some issues and his PCP is away. PA Steve took excellent care of him; he did a thorough exam, a minor procedure, and gave care advice. My dad was very happy with the service, and he can be a codger. Nurse Cindy was very helpful. Even the desk staff were friendly and cheerful. We would highly recommend this office for care.

About average wait time for an urgent care, it looks like if you have an appointment they get you right in which is fantastic. Dr. Steven Galliway was very knowledgeable, patient, & answered all of my questions/concerns. The front desk ladies were also very nice. Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

First time I came here, I was greeted at the door. Good all around experience. This time it took almost 20min just to come check me in. I was the only person. The other nurse let her know I was waiting. Another 20min later I'm still standing at the door waiting to go back to be seen. I called before hand was told there was nobody here.
