Worst medical Iu2019ve ever experienced. NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!!!!!! Average is 3 to 6+ months for appointments. Specialists, forget it. Husband has a referral from December for Endocrinology. If you do call to follow up with the referral, then they tell you u201cif you call again youu2019ll be removed from the listu201d. WTF!nReferrals, waste of everyoneu2019s time & money. Everyone has a u201cwaiting listu201d for a dr. appointment. I was offered an appointment at the U of U, yes, Salt Lake City Utah or Las Vegas. Sure, Iu2019ll be happy to drive 9 hrs plus hotel & food after Iu2019ve spent a small fortune on my over priced monthly premiums. 1 or 2 visits a year is not ok for the cost of this insurance. You need to do better.

Donu2019t inquire about your bill and a discrepancy, they will send it straight to clear balance to u201chelpu201d you with a payment plan? I never asked for that option and the bill took over a year to get to me after I paid the initial bill due to an underpayment yet I only get a month to pay a bill over 900.00? I hate this insurance they are the worst. Instead of answers when you email you get a phone number to call? The people are nice but company needs to adjust their practices. Even the replies to their reviews are all automated and the same. No humanity they just want your moneu

There is a reason for their 2.5 star rating. Do not get your Medicare Advantage plan with this company. You will highly regret it. Do not let your agent convince you to ever get this plan.

If you can get any other health insurance do it. This place steals from the elderly & poor & communities for a quality of life called health insurance. Who bills someone over almost a year after the procedure for $1000 because of an insurance underpayment. This place does. Anytime I need to make an appointment I debate if the billing frustration is worth the care I need. They never get it right. Whenever I log into mychart there is always another bill. The billing statments are not easy to understand to the community only to those who work for hometown so you can never figure out what payment went to what visit. And hometown has no problem delaying the bill but boy do they leave you no time to pay the bill before sending you to collections. They want the money asap. They should offer you the same time to pay the bill as it was delayed getting to you due to their error or mistake. Iu2019d rather pay extra to a company who gets it right the first time, and you donu2019t get double charged, or incorrectly billed, or incorrect cpt codes. You get billed all at once for what care was provided for the amount you were told.

I have had them for a few years and in that time their member login site has NEVER worked! It just has a spinning wheel that says processing.nnI can never get information on anything and that is really really disappointing. I wish they would just fix their website and stop giving generic anwers when people have questions or leave reviews!!!
