We were in and out in a flash. The staff was very kind and patient. They were able to see me and my son at the same time. I didnu2019t have to sign any paperwork or fill out anything except answer some questions when we were in a room. We already see a doctor at Integris for primary care so that is super convenient for me to not have to fill out anything except answer extra paperwork to be seen! And they called two days later to check in on us. That was very nice.

Iu2019ve been twice. The first round, amazing! The doctor was great, she was understanding and supported what I needed done and got me fixed up. Second round? Awful. The doctor called me obese, Iu2019m on day 5 of meds for u201cRSVu201d which is highly infectious and she said I donu2019t need to rest and I can go to class and work with no issues. Lies.

This was by far the best urgent care experience that I have had. The provider, was at the front desk when I walked in and checked us in. She went back and had the sweetest Medical Assistant room us. Everyone was so nice and sweet with my 3 year old daughter. They interacted with her and explained everything they were doing before they did it. if I could give 15 stars I would. I will definitely be returning to this urgent care when I need to be seen after hours again.

Absolutely the most incredible experience at a doctors office or urgent care. Staff was so sweet and kind. New patient process was a DREAM, easy and fast!!! The other reviews of rude staff is absolutely laughable. They took excellent care of my son. Thank you for giving him autonomy and listening. Very clear aftercare instructions.
