My wife went up there having issues respiratory problems and doc prescribed amoxicillin next night woke me up gasping for air took her to er in Florence said you people shouldnu2019t have prescribed her that it was doing nothing for that kind of virus. If you canu2019t diagnose stop giving people random meds that does nothing cost unnecessary Amountt of money for medicine now you have me wasting not only money but playing with my wifeu2019s life. Sheu2019s now found her issues and getting right medicine but is now deathly sick hope yall are satisfied and can sleep good at night

This place was amazing! I don't go to the doctor much less an Urgent Care but the staff and Dr Tracy were efficient and quick.Being in healthcare myself, it is amazing they can see that many and still get home at night. They saw 60 patients in three hours. That is taking care of business.

Went in feeling pretty lousy with throbbing ear, coughing, heavy head & chest. Just had to take my turn, so many in similar and other difficult health conditions. The staff, as always very friendly, polite and professional. Tracie continually blesses us with her positive energy and professionalism!! Coming out encouraged, picking up meds and confident of recovery!

Called ahead on a Tuesday afternoon and asked if they were busy. They said no. I showed up sick with my toddler and infant. All 3 of us were sporting fevers when we arrived plus lots of congestion. I was worried the 6m old had rsv. We were there for 4 hours! We waited and waited and they even saw people that had come in after us. I would not call a 4 hour wait not busy. I'd expect those wait times at the er but not an urgent care. The doctor was very thorough and very nice and professional though.

Tracy and her staff always take excellent care of patients, including myself. She goes beyond to make sure that the diagnosis is right sheu2019s the greatest thing that ever happened to Hartsville her and her staff.
