They were amazing, they staff was very professional and friendly. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and kind, The thing that really impressed me was the fact that I was in and out of the urgent care in less than two hours, and this included an ex-ray in which had to be read by the Radiologist. I would definitely recommend the Urgent care on Deer Valley Road in Glendale to my friends and family.

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. Staff is very disengaged and void of compassion. After waiting almost 2 hours, NP comes in all rushed and spent maybe 2 minutes completing her assessment. She dismissed all our concerns, did not listen to anything we reported as symptoms. Very dismissive and rushed.nI would not recommend this place. Care used to be better at this particular urgent care in the past, but recently their staff is acting like they donu2019t even want to be there. Poor quality of care and service.nWill definitely go somewhere else in the future.nHonor Health will need to make some changes if they still want to stay open at this location. Or do all of us a favor and close the place if you canu2019t provide quality care.

Good service, just a bit slow for Urgent care. I told the provider we needed to leave to be to her Dads house on time and he spoke very slowly and seemed to drag his feet on moving us through. We were the only ones there and could have left on time but they were moving slow so we gpt to her dads house late.

Earlier today, I had called about a question regarding a dog bite with potential rabies. I forgot the womenu2019s name I had spoken to over the phone, but when I had asked her if I needed to come in for a shot she told me u201c No, you wonu2019t be needing a shot and itu2019s likely they wouldnu2019t even see you until youu2019re showing symptoms of rabiesu201d. Not only is that untrue that is extremely dangerous advice to give somebody with a potentially infected dog bite. Later the same day, I called an actual ER who told me otherwise and that I immediately need to come in and get a shot. The fact I was given advice from a so-called medical professional to wait until showing symptoms of rabies to seek medical attention is beyond me. This is not the first unsafe practice. I have experienced from this place and I am done going here. I am seriously considering reporting this incident and this location to a health department.

I received excellent care from the minute I walked in the door. Front desk staff was kind and professional, nurses were caring and very prompt. Dr Cui was compassionate and took his time explaining the lab results and how we should proceed with my care. I am extremely pleased with my overall care and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
