My experience with Eustasis has been consistently positive, and I am impressed by the exceptional service provided. The staff's extreme helpfulness and in-depth knowledge have been consistently evident throughout our interactions. Their excellence is worthy of the highest praise. Throughout my three-year association with the company, I have observed that they are patient, meticulous, and remarkably forthcoming about their business practices and regulatory compliance from the outset. The prevalence of negative reports is perplexing, given my uniformly positive interactions with the company.

I very much like the individual professional I see, and the office staff. If you attend a medication management is a different matter. Be aware, it can take multiple days to get your prescriptions refilled and sent to your pharmacy. Staff may not tell you that it takes 72 hours (3 days) after your Nurse Practitioner appointment before the chart is reviewed. There is an additional lag before the scrip is sent to the pharmacy. In real life this means a wait of 5-6 or more days if there is a weekend or holiday. 72 hrs supposed to be the maximum. This is for controlled medications. Refills and new prescriptions. There is no way to expedite this, not anyone to speak to. Per clinic staff today, there are two physicians signing off on hundreds of schedule prescriptions generated by the Nurse Practitioners at the Eustasis multiple locations. If you take a medication that will cause negative implications if you go without or miss a dose (which is very common with this class of psych class drugs) be aware that this is a very real problem. The only solution is to try to schedule way in advance.Frustrating and potentially risky.

Absolutely no respect for other peopleu2019s time. My daughteru2019s appointment was at 10am and we drove an hour to get here and we have been waiting for 3 hours and she still hasnu2019t seen anyone. The is so disrespectful to your clients. I will never come here ever again. Very disappointed and very unprofessional for a company. They should be embarrassed by there ratings because they suck. And make people sit in there rooms for hours and move you around in different room to make you think your being seen next. What a dump.

This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr office. Itu2019s disrespectful to the health system to even call this place a Dr office! I showed up early like asked so I wouldnu2019t hold the appointment up with paper work although I already filled everything out online but it still took 2hours past my appointment time to see anyone. After waiting 2 hours I took a drug test u201csince I guess someone needing to see a psychiatrist is a drug addicttu201dAfter that I was shuffled around from room to room for another hour answering all the questions I already answered online to finally see a lady that I donu2019t think was even a certified nurse practitioner because the nurse practitioner showed up 45 minutes after her to evaluate what she had assessed and another 5 min later the Dr popped in the room for literally 1min to approve what medication they wanted to prescribe me. Which they have yet to call into the pharmacy and the online portal shows no history of my appointment other than my insurance being billed and my co payment. This is the worst place for a patient with a mental illness to go and my guess is they have harmed countless more lifeu2019s than they have helped. They need shut down and the only reason they get business is because it takes months to see a real psychiatrist, which most people canu2019t wait that long. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OFFICE!

I've been going to Eustasis for a while for both myself and my son. Yesterday was probably the last time. We arrived 15 minutes early for a 4:30pm appointment. We did not see a provider until 6:30! When the provider arrived she noticed that my son was a bit sullen and asked him what his problem was. When I said we had a 4:30 appointment she shrugged and said it happens. She advised us to bring a blanket, a snack, and a charger next time we come. I later spoke with my son about professionalism and how if you inconvenience someone, the right thing to do is to apologize and then work to do better. If this provider can't meet this very low bar of professionalism, can you imagine what else they miss? I am looking for another provider. I get that offices get busy and the unexpected happens. I can be patient if you can be professional. However, my time is also valuable and if you simply expect me to prepare for two hour waits when I have an appointment, then I will find a more serious provider.
