Love the fact that they will actually listen to you as a patient. Very loving and caring staff. They take all the time that you need with them and never just push you out the door. They have busy times just like everyone else but instead of sitting in the waiting room complaining about how long it may or may not take for them to see you stop and think about if it was you or your family sitting back there with them not everything can take 5 to 15 minutes to diagnose. They will get to you even if they have to stay later than scheduled to do it.

I would give this place less than one star if I could. Their egregious service wouldnu2019t even be suitable for an animal. The receptions sat a negative tone from the beginning when I explained that I was waiting on my physical insurance card to come in but I had a digital copy on my phone. She rudely told me she couldnu2019t access the email account to retrieve it and I couldnu2019t be seen then, luckily the another worker overhead and stated she could access the email. I was even given an incorrect email address. Once all way squared away, or so I thought, i was told to wait in the car, which is standard protocol nowadays for people getting tested for covid. I waited there for over 3 hours with no call or text from the office, I even went to the door and they had the audacity to lock the doors knowing I was waiting there waiting for a covid test. Oh and I got at least one receipt.

I used to love this doctors office I took my son here for over a year they were always amazing! But unfortunately they are slacking bad, I took my son to the doctor Monday or Tuesday and they said they would call in his medicine from terrible terrible congestion from getting over RSV here it is Sunday and still no meds called in for him Iu2019ve called pharmacy and hope probably 10 times a day they keep saying they will leave a note to fill his meds and nope never gets done this place has really went bad and I wouldnu2019t recommend this anymore. This doesnu2019t even deserve a star but I had to give one in order to leave this note

My sister when their to have her ear drained because every couple of month her ear produces a lot of wax so she told them thatu2019s all she needed done after 30 mins in the waiting room she was send to a room they did her Vitals and checked her ear and said thatu2019s a lot of waxes then told her the doctor would be in soon. She sat in the room for almost 2 hours for the doctor dale or whatever he thinks he is? For him to tell my sister he doesnu2019t have time to waste just because she has some waxes in her ear and told her to get ear drops over the counter and send her home with nothing for pain and refused to help even after my sister said she known what was wrong and was just wanting her ear drained. I hope you know that hope primary is a joke and Dale you donu2019t deserve to help in medicine if you canu2019t do something that simple. All I can say is as for my family well never be coming to you all again if I had a choice you would get 0 stars because you was a waste of time and money.

Went to get chest X-ray done because my Dr office canu2019t do them. They was fast and very nice explained exactly everything my appt was at 10.a.m was out by 10:40 a.m and that was being seen by Rhonda also also the women at front desk was very kind and polite I forgot my referral they called my Dr and got it faxed over to them everyone was very professional and polite and got me out quick.
