My first time visiting this urgent care center, from the receptionist, nurse and doctor, they all made sure my experience there worth the while. It didnu2019t take long to be seen ( I came some time before closing). The doctor was knowledgeable and spot on with my injury. Iu2019m doing and feeling much better now. I highly recommend this center to anyone living in the area..

I had a terrible experience at this urgent care facility and will never return. I originally scheduled an appointment for 7:30pm, but received an email saying it had been moved up to 7:00pm. I arrived early and checked in at 6:55pm. Despite this, I wasnu2019t called back until 7:35pm. So, why even have appointments? There were only two people in the waiting area, myself and one other person, yet the staff acted like they had all the time in the world, moving at a painfully slow pace.nnWhen I was finally called back, the woman who took my vitals was incredibly rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her. Then I sat in there until 7:55pm, when the physician finally came in. She had a completely nonchalant attitude and zero bedside manners. Her demeanor made it clear she didnu2019t care about being there or about my concerns.nnThe whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The staff were unbothered, unfriendly, and inefficient. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. If you value your time and want to be treated with basic respect, look elsewhere.

This was my first visit to Peachtree Immediate Care in Lithonia; I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided. I was greeted quickly regarding my paperwork and what I needed to do. I was assisted with an issue that occurred with my insurance and the front desk assistant was pleasantly friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the visit and the doctor that took care of me.

This place was great. There was a bit of a wait but thatu2019s to be expected with all urgent care. Dr. Stokes was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She also was very receptive to my input about my treatment plan. The nurse and receptionist were very kind.
