This hospital took very good care of me. From the doctor to the nursing staff. Dr.Gladdis was very thorough and talked me through a tough procedure. I was scared and pretty shaken up and he made me feel like everything was going to be ok. The nurses made me feel as comfortable as they could bringing blankets and holding my hand when I needed it. I wish they had more funds to be a larger facility because they have the heart to take care of people the way that care should be. This hospital is much better than the larger hospitals, like memorial Savannah and the staff is far better.

This hospital is top notch. They have new state of the art equipment in the radiology department. The staff and doctors are amazing. Took my mother in law there and she had a broken femur. She was transported to East GA in Statesboro for surgery and the nursing staff there were very unprofessional took them over 2 hours to respond to the nurses call light while she laid there crying in pain! So after surgery we opted to return to Candler County Hospital for her in house rehab where she received over the top treatment /nursing/physician and physical therapy care and treatment. I went to the ER Friday night unable to say more than two words at a time. I saw PA Lunsford and he took his time listening to me. He ran tests and found out that I had double pneumonia. He also checked to make sure I didn't have anything else going on. He was very thorough and kind. I highly recommend PA Lunsford. He is awesome!

I went in to be seen I had been sitting there for like a hour . I had chest pains . A guy and his wife came in . He was also having chest pains but he went straight to the back . My thing is how does he get to go straight to the back when I was here before him. If you wanna get treated right go to East Georgia cause Candler County Hospital is some bs !

I was pretty much crippled in pain when I arrived at this hospital and they got right on it and got me in quicker than any other place I've ever been to. They did blood work and scans almost immediately and I was diagnosed within only 2 hours and transferred out for further care. By far the best ER I have ever been to.
