I originally chose Beautiful Smiles Plantation to start my Invisalign journey because they seemed friendly, professional, and offered what felt like a great deal at the time. But looking back, I now realize I was rushed into making a decision I didnu2019t feel fully informed about. They emphasized that it was a limited-time offer, and I felt pressured to start the process without having all my questions thoroughly answered.Throughout the treatment, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. There were multiple times when my appointments were canceledu2014three in a row at one pointu2014and always at the last minute, which made planning incredibly difficult and made me question their reliability.The most disappointing part came at the end. From the beginning, one of the main reasons I agreed to Invisalign was to fix a specific alignment issue. I was reassured this would be addressedu2014but when I came in to finish the process, I was told I should just be satisfied with how it looks now. It felt dismissive, and none of my concerns were genuinely addressed.I donu2019t take writing reviews like this lightly. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I canu2019t recommend this practice based on my experience. I hope others are able to get the treatment and communication they deserve.

I am usually very skeptical about dental offices because I have had bad experience. However, I had a wonderful experience at beautiful smiles. Everyone in the office was so sweet and nice. The girls Q, Raquel and Allie were very kind and helpful. Dr. Baker is also very nice. Everyone explained everything very clearly and concisely. I am so excited to be their new patient. Thank you so much Dr. Baker and team!

I had an excellent first time at this dental office! As someone who is typically wary of going to the dentist, (I hate the feeling and sounds of it all) I had such a surprisingly pleasant experience! from the moment we walked in, the receptionists were warm and welcoming, the dental assistant Ally (apologies if Iu2019m spelling incorrectly) was super helpful, informative and sweet, the X-Ray attendant was humorous as well as kind and the dentist who provided my overall services was delightful! I WILL be back :) thank you so much everyone

My experience every time coming into Beautiful Smiles is always A pleasant experience. Always greeted with a warm welcome from Q and Racquel those ladies are great and super professional. And today, my hygienist Noreen was very detailed, took her time. And told me what I can do to help my Teeth more for my next visit. I like the patient she gave me and answered all the questions I needed.

I would not recommend this dental office. I find it very weird that they don't allow you to be in the back with your child(ren) while they're getting a dental procedure. They make it a big deal when you request to be back there. You should not trust your child alone with anyone. Also always verify your billing. They coded my billing incorrectly
