The service here is quick, so I always go here when I have to be seen right away between appointments with my regular physician. The forms are easy to handle since you can fill them in online. The staff are all very nice, which is a big plus when you're feeling poorly. The doctor you see is always knowledgeable and thorough, relying on tests and not just observation to offer an accurate diagnosis. They don't try to rush you out the door but answer all your questions and explain any test results, and they also tell you exactly what medications being prescribed and why.

The front desk person was nice. The medical assistant was rude and the other one was on the phone sitting at the computer. He tells me I canu2019t be seen because my insurance canu2019t cover anything pertaining to an incident AFTER I PAID. I need to be seen today by someone due to my pain levels at the moment. Meaning I have to go elsewhere and pay AGAIN. And the refusal to refund my money is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I pay right then when requested, but canu2019t get it back in the same way. AFC has always been my go to but this location is a 0/10 and I will not be returning or referring anyone to this location

Once I actually went inside, the process was nice and quick. However, the waiting room over an hour despite only 1 person being ahead of me. Which would have been fine honestly if there was any explanation for the wait. Except the guy at the desk doing intake said nothing until suddenly leaving at 4 p.m. without a word. I was only there for a pre-employment screening but the others were there for urgent care and were still waiting when I was done.

Very prompt and very helpful staff. After filling out the paperwork, it took less than 10 mins to see the attending doctor. The doctor was very professional and explained everything well. She recommended taking the patient to a hospital ER to carry out all the necessary tests. Overall, a good experience.
