I went to Amir Iqbal after feeling horrible pains in my digestive track every time I ate something. He said it was that my stomach flora was disturbed over antibiotics and I should adjust my diet. I went back a few months later, crying this time, and told him it felt like glass was going through my intestines... He said because I am 52 years old and my hormones were changing, I am lactose intolerant, told me to take dairy out of my diet, and sent me home again. He never tested me for this. 3 months later, I went to Los Robles Hospital and found out I had 3rd stage primary peritoneal cancer. Dr. Iqbal spends a lot of time talking when he should be examining and testing. He never examined me in the two times I was there. I also have the best insurance so I could have had any test. So irresponsible and reckless. He referred me to Dr. Daneshgar of whom is not much better. Be VERY weary of doctors that disregard your concerns. They are the absolute worst thing for your health.

From the moment I entered Dr. Bader Iqbalu2019s office as a patient almost 20 years ago, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my complete health and wellness have been taken care of. What I have appreciated even more about Dr. Iqbal is how amazing he has been towards my 79 years old mother in his care for the past 10 plus years. Dr. Iqbal has always taken a holistic approach towards my mother's treatment taking into account NOT only the medical needs but also her comfort level with each proposed treatment. Even at times when Dr. Iqbal had a full schedule, he managed to always find the time to attend to my motheru2019s acute medical needs. I highly recommend him!

He takes time to listen and talks to you in a down to earth way. His staff is very welcoming as well. I switched to Dr Iqbal couple years ago and glad I made the decision. Iqbal is a very good doctor. He is caring, compassionate and gives the time that patients deserve. He listens to what you are there for and always provides a right solution. The front office is good too.
