I have been to this facility multiple times, encountered every employee there, and I'm very happy with their service. Jazmin in the front counter is very courteous and polite. She works in the back sometimes and is very gentle with the kids. Brian Ngan, Dr. Smith, Jeannette, and every single staff members at the facility are nice, friendly, polite, courteous, caring and display professionalism. I have never had a bad experience there even when they're busy with a packed waiting room. They take care of every patient with care and sympathy. The place is clean, spacious waiting area, plenty of parking, and organized. There's nothing bad to say about the place. Highly recommended.

I have been to this facility twice and so far I'm very happy with their service. Jazmin in the front counter is very courteous and polite. I encountered a situation where a patient walked in a was very rude to her due to the expected wait time. Which I think that is out Jazmin's control and she is doing the best she can. It is not her fault if it takes a little longer to be seen. So, please give her a break when you go in. The facility is nice, clean and spacious and so are the waiting rooms. Dr. Rita Smith has great bedside manners and I have been very happy with her care thus far. I can tell she truly cares about the well being of her patients.

Their facility is well organized I love how spacious their waiting room is at the same time comfortable chairs to sit in. If anyone needs to see a doctor or nurse practitioner then, they are ready to see you right away I definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you Exer Urgent Care.

So I actually wanted to rate it less but I had to land somewhere in the middle. I took both my children here separately in the last week and had vastly different experiences. First one was awful, rushed, and the NP had no idea what he was doing. Prescribed a $655 medication pharmacy hadnu2019t seen in years and then something else that is completely inappropriate for children unless itu2019s a last resortu2026 for him it was his first line of defense. Now, the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is because I coincidentally had to bring my second child in for separate issue just days later and that visit was thorough, great bed side manner, and was done by an actual MD. In a nutshell it depends on who you get, and letu2019s hope you get an actual MD and not an NP whou2019s dealing with a childu2019s pediatrics. He had no idea what to do. When I followed up with our actual pediatrician today I was advised to stop the medicine he prescribed right away and she needs to be seen today and even suggested I file a complaint with the manager since this is Malpractice when it comes to children. Basically follow your mama intuition and if you feel like something is off, it probably is. So glad I only gave her a few doses and my gut kept telling me this doesnu2019t seem right. And please try to see an actual MD if possible, especially for children. I avoided perhaps a huge health issue for my child. I will be following up with the manager of this location directly to share that NPs actual name and filing a formal complaint. If it wasnu2019t for me, myself, and I, my daughter would be on a heavy medication typically not used for children for 10 days. Black box warning kind of medication. Not acceptable and apparently completely unnecessary for her condition. NPs should not have the right to diagnose a child. They need to be specialized in pediatrics because these are little people, not grown ups. I have learned my lesson and if I ever go back to any urgent care, Iu2019ll be making sure to either go directly to a pediatric urgent care or ask for an actual MD.

As much as we didn't like having to go to an urgent care, this one was efficient it was very clean and the nurse and the doctor were both terrific. Dr. Brian has a wonderful personality and ability to make patients feel comfortable and he was very caring and kind to my husband. Thank you for your good service.
