The team here at Howell Urgent Care are truly top notch. I had a bad fall and it was the only urgent care open later to accommodate after normal hours. From start to finish, they took great care of me. Marrisa at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. Souraya took me back and showed incredible concern and care for me and my injury, while paying special attention to keeping me comfortable. Nicole, the PA student was friendly, efficient, and took her time reviewing everything thoroughly with me while being personable and making the experience so much better. Christina the PA made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable and confident in their care. And the xray tech was so friendly, it provided some calm to the situation. I can honestly say this was the best experience at an urgent care - we were lucky this location was open but even luckier to deal with such an incredible team. After this, we won't go anywhere else. Thank you SO much to this team for making a bad situation, somehow great!

I would just like to sayu2026 I had an awful experience my first time visiting this place with a particular provider. I left in tears and left them a 1 star review.nnDr. Christina reached out to me regarding said experience and was so kind and understanding. She invited me back into the office to examine me herself and I almost didnu2019t go but I am so glad that I did. She is absolutely wonderful. Very kind and caring, and actually made me feel very heard and comfortable. If youu2019re in search of a provider who will ask all the right questions, listen to you, put your mind at ease and go above and beyond expected care, Dr. Christina exceeds those expectations.

Saturday, March 29, 2025 I went to the my health urgent care in Howell Michigan at 1225 South Letton Rd. Suite 130. My physician assistance name was CAMRYN , female, my medical assistant Her name was Marissa. I had the best experience for example my medical assistant Marissa took my blood pressure and it red high at 140/100. I do not have blood pressure issues, no history of it and Iu2019m seen regularly. She asked me about my blood pressure history and then she proceeded once I told her I do not have a blood pressure history to change the cuff size and verify her reading. I was extremely impressed. Many nurses let alone medical assistance I have witnessed as a healthcare professional myself. Do not do that. By using the incorrect size of blood pressure cuff, you can get an artificially higher artificially low reading. I thought that was very astute of her, and it gave me confidence. The physician assistant was engaging, knowledgeable, thorough, and I was very comfortable with her care. I really want to give a 10 out of 10 rating for these two individuals. This particular urgent care this day was shorthanded. The medical assistant was also manning the front desk while running back to rooms. Bravo to these two they deserve an award.

Dr. Camaj is wonderful. She seen my daughter a week ago and was so good with her. Talked with her, asked her what her hobbies are and really just tried to be very interactive. We walked out and my daughter said u201c thatu2019s my favorite doctor yetu201d. I went in today and she gave me some medicine. Her bedside manners are all around one of the best we have experienced. She listens, she cares, she is all around a wonderful doctor and as much as Iu2019d like to stay away from urgent care, we hope to have her for future visits.
