Seen Megan the PA which let me know right away they only deal with the most concerning complaint. Was not told about any testing she said something low to nurses as walking out. Iv was put in and blood drawn ( wasn't toldwhat) then xray cane for certain at the end Megan said all my labs were good-hearted was good. Didn't have my phone when I got home checked my chart labs several labs were flagged cbc was normal triponon #1 was el.evated at 16 #2 was elevated to 19 I wouldn't call that normal my heart was going in and out of afib was never discussed when mentioned was treated like my nausea and vomiting was all in my head. I will never go back to miamisburg branch unless I have no choice.

This hospital system over all has to be the #1 anywhere. I spent the better part of last 2 yes in n out. Should've died .... Did lose my leg but they aren't god. They are caring, amazing, sweet, friendly, helpful and loving people. Who sees no race, religion, drug issue money issue. They save lives and make quality of life worth living

Wonderful place to work. I can see why it's consistently rated amongst the top employers. Great friendly, collegial atmosphere amongst the workforce & good facilities, especially the medical facilities & equipment. Was an intern there but would be proud & content to be an employee one day.

The Soin/ Kettering Medical center is a very clean and helpful place to go to. They have helpful staff at the front entrance that you can ask information and or help from. They will help you with getting someone into the hospital and getting to where you want to go for the help you need. They have a food cafeteria that has above average food and lots of choices. Super friendly staff everywhere you go in the building.

I love them here at Kettering medical records, I was here and Ms. LESLIE, was amazing, always polite and had very good customer service skills, and she made us feel welcome even though we were stressed... about what we were there to pick up she made it happen for us, and for that I'll be forever grateful thank you and have a great day... I wish there were more people like her...
