If I could I would give them less the 1 star, but honestly the WORST place ever to go. I repeat the WORST place to go to get anything done. The people there lie to you and then bill you stating that itu2019s the insurance. These people are not prompt and they do not want to help you in anyway. They send the wrong information to the insurance and then expect the patient to pay.

I had a very bad experience. I visited the center along with my wife few days back for her annual checkup. I am holding the corporate insurance and checked with them if I can use my corporate insurance for free annual checkup. They verified everything and said it works and gave me an appointment. I got the reminder text message prior day for the same but when I visited the center on appointment date they mentioned that they don't accept private insurance. The front desk is rude and not bothered to listen what I was saying. Early morning I went on fasting for the checkup and ended up with this unacceptable response. I highly don't recommend going here. My question is why did they accept on the first time and gave me the appointment and asked me visit the center? It's their mistake and they even not bothered about it. Inaddition to that the front desk response was very rude.

My mom and dad saw NP Dairon Garcia for their annual checkup, and NP Garcia didnu2019t order CBC for my dadu2019s annual labs, also Vitamin D level of my momu2019s. So we had to make another appointment with him just to have him add these two orders. NP Garcia told us that he will email the orders for them to go to Labcorp, but they have never received them. So we had to contact them so many times. And no matter if we call or do the online chat, we can never reach out to the doctor office. The agents kept telling us that they have left the messages to NP Garcia office and theyu2019ll send them over. And we tried emailing the medical assistant Jennifer and she never responded either. So finally the agents told us that my mom and dad can just go to Labcorp without the copy of the orders since those were faxed directly to there. But when my parents went to Labcorp, they were told that they donu2019t have the orders there and the doctor office needs to call themu2026So we had to contact the customer service again, and again we were told that they have left messages to NP Garciau2019s medical assistantu2026 until now they still havenu2019t received their lab orders! This is so frustrating and ridiculous to me. First how could a medical provider forget to order CBC for annual lab? Then how could the patient never be able to reach out to the doctor office directly? How could the doctor office never answer the phone call when the customer service representative trying to reach out to them? This is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Iu2019m planing to file a complaint if the issue couldnu2019t be solved.
