Iu2019m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hudson Headwaters. I had an annual appointment scheduled with a HCP in OB-GYN, which was cancelled by the office- not by me-and then was told that this specific HCP was booking 6 months out but I can call in November for that appointment, the office canu2019t schedule that far out OR I can wait two more months to see a new provider.Itu2019s frustrating to feel like thereu2019s no continuity of care and that access to HCP is so limited , especially when the cancellation wasnu2019t my choice. As a patient, I expect more flexibility and support when situations like this arise. I hope Hudson Headwaters reevaluates how they handle rescheduling and works to improve availability for those who are trying to prioritize their health!!!

Hudson Headwaters in Queensbury, NY.I had the best care from Lynn Keil, PA at Hudson Headwaters. Sheu2019s on top of it. Sheu2019s an excellent listener, sheu2019s sharp & comes up with a plan for your best healthcare. Sadly I moved from this area to Indiana. If you want someone that really cares & wants the best health for you this is the lady to go too. Sheu2019s an awesome healthcare provider. I miss her.

Nursing and office staff date involved and are professional and friendly.Trying to get on the portal as I have successfully done in the past is sometimes impossible. It takes my old password and then sometimes it doesn't. I've been using the same one since we got up here. Trying to do a reset system tells me that that that that is an old password and to create a new one. When I get in there I enter my old password and it tells me that I have to enter a new one. So it has it on file what the password is and it will not take a reset. No one to call. No one seems to know any numbers. All I'm doing now is writing a letter to the CEO informing him of the fact that no one answers the phone. I called and left a message December 27th at that number have still not gotten a call back. This is not customer service. This is lip service. Terrible

I fell badly in September over 2 years ago and couldn't get my usual provider, who is usually pretty good. The one I did see made me feel like the only reason I had a swollen leg is because I'm fat, told me it's a bruise and sent me home without even doing an x-ray with instructions to exercise more. When I told her I felt and heard a pop in my leg, she rolled her eyes.According to an orthopedist, the correct care would have been to do an x-ray and put me on rest. As a result of her lack of care, I now have two leg bones that are rubbing together and chronic pain.I complained formally and it took them over a month to get back to me to tell me they did nothing wrong. Ever since then, I've heard absolutely nothing from them except my automatically scheduled gynecology appointments. Messages to another doctor I was put in touch with when I refused to see the original doctor have gone completely unanswered.I feel like I'm being punished for complaining about malpractice. I now haven't seen a doctor or had a checkup in almost 2 years, and some days I'm completely unable to walk.And they don't care.

Been calling for a very long time after my provider in warrensburg didn't want to see me until I had an ultrasound so I was arbitrarily scheduled for it before my actual appointment. I called this office to explain the situation including my living and work situation, and was told two separate times no, you don't have to schedule an appointment WE WILL DO IT FOR YOU ... just shy of a month later, no appointment, and I've been called by wbg to know if I found a different provider. I am now 7 months pregnant and have received NO care as I've been trying to comply with that I've been told and not come across as a jerk! Unfortunately hudson headwaters is the ONLY care in the area without me driving 2+ hours away for maternity care! Disgusted and frustrated are 2 of the only applicable words I have to use, and no I will not call you again as your automated response to 1u2606 reviews likes to ask. I was told you'd find a provider and get me seen ASAP almost a full month ago! I made my original appointment at 4 months pregnant and waited nearly 7 weeks for that appointment that I had no choice but to cancel!!!
