Honestly, if I could give lower than a one star I would. Me and my daughter were visiting from out of town and checked Into Southstar urgent care on Sunday, May 25 of 2025. We were advised that we would receive results in reference To some labs that were taken Within two business days. Understanding that we went on a weekend and that memorial day was on a Monday I assume that I would receive a phone call by Wednesday. However, I have yet to receive a call and when trying to contact the urgent care clinic, I see you with no answer or no option to leave a voicemail as the phone continues to ring. The reason why I chose to go to this urgent care was because of the reviews that I read, And while I will say, my visit was very efficient and quick, my after visit has not been the same.

I donu2019t even want to leave a good review, because they feel like my best kept secret!!! Absolutely amazing staff all around. Always short wait times. They are always very thorough and make sure you are well informed. I have been here many times in the last few months, 4 kids so, and every visit was flawless!!!

Nurse & doctor were absolutely the sweetest! We were in and out with a swab in 21 minutes! Could not have asked for a better experience. Nurse was kind and gentle with my daughter who was not feeling 100%. Doctor was understanding of why she was upset to be sick! We will be back here when needed!

Went today and the lady at the front was very cold and rude and looked like she hated her job. She did not give us a pleasant experience I ended up leaving due to her refusing to accept that I didnu2019t have physical copies of our insurance cards. I asked for her email to email it to her but she was super rude and mean when I offered that. I assured her I was just there 2 days ago with my other child and the other front office lady was super nice and accommodating and allowed me to email copies to her. This one was different I couldnu2019t even have a conversation with her because she was so rude and short with everyone there. Not just me. I wonu2019t be coming back. I left and went to Minute Med because theyu2019re always nice when I go.

I went in on a Sunday with fractured knuckle. Not only did she help me use my VA benefits so that I didnu2019t have to pay out of pocket they were extremely courteous and worked very fast to get us in and out. They truly care about the patients.
