Brought my sister in today and was greeted by two lovely front desk ladies. They immediately got her put into their system and brought to the back. We had the pleasure of having Melissa as our MA - incredible!! She was very patient and gentle. And to top it off; Mike, The NP was very knowledgeable and had wonderful bedside manner. I will definitely be returning for any urgent care needs.

Absolute nightmare experience. Staff was incredibly unprofessional and appeared to hate their jobs. Communication was terrible, asked to fill out like 6 pages of information (including credit card information, with CVC!) despite verified insurance with zero copay. They attempted to make copies of my Military ID only to give me attitude when I informed them that it was illegal.nnLed to the back where the Physician didnu2019t even acknowledge me and the u201cnurseu201d informed me that they printed out my prescription history and I needed to complete the medical history form. When I politely questioned why I needed to take time to hand write information that they already had, she accused me of being disrespectful so I just left. In hindsight it was a very bizarre human interaction. If youu2019d told me that this place was brand new and they had no idea what they were doing or how to treat patients I donu2019t know that Iu2019d question that at all.nnI havenu2019t visited many urgent cares, so honestly unsure if this is typical patient treatment at these budget medical centers - but it was so bad that I walked in looking for antibiotics for what I believe is an abcessed tooth and decided dealing with them just wasnu2019t worth it. If this is how they treat service members (in uniform, no less) Iu2019d recommend seeking medical treatment elsewhere.nnP.s. Donu2019t even try to charge me or my insurance for that visit. You seem like the type of shady place that might.

The clinician was extremely unprofessional. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to give my medical history and kept going on long-winded self-important discussions of how asthma does not exist and how horrible it is that other doctors still give people asthma diagnoses since that is not a real condition.nnWhen I tried to explain that I had been to a board certified pulmonologist and had the gold-standard of diagnostic testing done so this wasn't a diagnosis that I was given based on some sort of self-report, he didn't seem to understand what I was talking about, interrupted me, and then talked for five to ten minutes about how he, a nurse practitioner, knows more than specialists in the field.nnI'm sorry to break this to you. Severe persistent asthma is the actual accepted diagnosis. That is just what it is called. There are objective diagnostic criteria for asthma. If you meet them, then it is appropriate to use the term asthma. You can dislike the medical consensus, but that does not mean that you are right.nnPeople really should be afraid to see a clinician who believes that they know better than experts in a field. They are going to start to make up their own standards and one day that is going to come back to bite one of their patients in the butt.

Dr. Mike was awesome! He was patient and allowed us to explain symptoms as well as answered any questions we had. The staff was also incredibly kind and patient with me when I lost my keys (they were in my purse in a zipper I almost never use). All around 10/10 visit.

Will not help you. Very rude front desk staff, rude doctors all around. The only nice person in the building was the nurse taking vitals. They will charge you 150$ before you are even seen and will try to spring on random fees for extra tests that werenu2019t necessary. Does NOT accept united as a major insurance provider. Had to wait an hour and a half for no help at all. Just drive to conroe.
