Iu2019d like to start at the front and work my way back!First off, the front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. Then, the MAu2014he was beyond friendly, kind, and compassionate. He is truly amazing at what he does, and Iu2019m truly grateful for his care.As for the doctoru2014he was all of the above, but most importantly, he excels at something many doctors lack: listening. Everyone was super friendly! I had gone to a different urgent care earlier in the week and was not treated properly. Needless to say, I was way worse when I had to go to urgent care, again! The staff here were very compassionate and prescribed everything I needed to make me feel better. I am truly thankful for their services.

I have been using this I Care for about 3 years approximately, every single time I have A+ care service from every single faculty member in there from start to finish I have never been in a place that has been more caring and compassionate than these health care workers at this particular urgent care center... I absolutely love them!My primary doctor is in Edmond and I use this I Care as much as I possibly can, they are fantastic.

I showed up with a very simple finger laceration, they said yes we can take care of that, I get checked in , long process and I have to take my own copies of my own insurance on your phone with in my case one hand, get back to a room , they decide all the ifs and buts they probably shouldn't do it. I'm now being charged unreasonably at an ER for something THEY should have done. I will empasize I did NOT have uncontrolled bleeding, etc. WILL NOT RETURN , Glad the crew went to lunch on time instead of do 30 min of suturing, clean up, etc
