I am so unclear how this place has more than 1 star. This facility is disgusting and smells. The room my son was placed in smelled like fried chicken and body fluids. I am certain they have not cleaned this room since last week. Not to mention I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait, although, the clerk stated everyone else was a walk in and I had an appointment. The heavy set clerk attempted to check me by saying, u201cthis is urgent care thereu2019s no in and out! If you go to the emergency department thatu2019s a 12 hour shift.u201d I politely informed her that has never been my experience because I have very good health insurance. Nonetheless, I think we will all need an appointment after this appointment coupled with a shower. Food at the nurses station and bathroom disgusting

The staff at this location was extremely friendly and very welcoming. I came 15 min before my appointment and the front desk was very punctual. My XRay technician was very attentive to my pain, wonderful spirited and professional. My Nurse practitioner was very helpful in letting me know what I needed moving forward for my care and let me know that if I needed any more assistance to contact them 10/10 high recommend
