Thank you for the fast, kind, and thorough care. I went to an urgent care earlier in the week with flu-like symptoms. They checked my vitals and told me I had a virus. Two days later I was still feeling awful, so I came to Immediate Care East. Dr. McCrae have me some of the best care I have had in a long time. She left no stone unturned and found out I had pneumonia. This was my first time here and I will definitely return. Many thanks for all that you do!

AWESOME! I've been to several urgent care facilities in the area and although they've given decent service, the wait is usually close to an hour. At this facility our wait was ZERO. As soon as I'd filled out the paperwork I was taken back and was even checked on mid-paperwork in the lobby by an RN. The receptionist, the RN, as well as the doctor (which you don't usually get at the other facilities) were beyond great. They spent a lot of time with me, asked a lot of questions, answered our questions and ran several tests to give a proper diagnosis. They were very professional, yet down to earth and fun... a pleasant atmosphere for someone not feeling well. Although uncured, I left with a smile and answers, which was more than I had when I came in. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for years. I think the staff is incredibly helpful and always willing to work with you and really listen to what's wrong. It's been a great place to go to, or it is if you have a co-pay insurance. Without it a trip can be very expensive. I have a high deductible plan and it cost me 100 dollars. I'm on a strict budget but at least now I know I will have to start treating doctor visits as a luxury and not as something I can do whenever I feel sick.

I have such mixed feelings and I feel awful writing this because I understand that even doctors are humans and people make mistakes but when I trust my one year olds well being in someone and something goes wrong, it is pretty concerning. The woman running the front desk was wonderful, helpful and very sweet. The doctor was also very sweet and helpful, however my one year old needed stitches in his cheek and the doctor forgot to give him lidocaine before stitching him. The doctor went right in with the hooked needle and when he screamed at the top of his lungs the doctor realized that the numbing shot was forgotten. The doctor was very apologetic, which I appreciate, but it was still a little concerning that something I would assume to be pretty routine with stitches, was forgotten.

My family and I have used Immediate Care East a handful of times. Each time the staff is polite and thorough. I brought my daughter there when she split her chin open and required stitches. She was panicked, but the doctor kept her calm and it was an easy procedure. Dr. Blythe, Dr. McRae and Dr. Malia are all highly recommended. The simplicity of my experiences has brought me back. Thank you for your help!
