Front desk guy Jamal needs to go!!! Too much passive aggressive behavior and I needed to see a doctor. I donu2019t need to explain to him my medical condition. Only the doctor should know this. Please, do better and hire people who can help others when needed. I called and he said they would call back. I was there and it was empty so itu2019s not busy. Do not come to this clinic!!

They were servicial and did the job. Depending on how many patients they will have at the moment, the Dr will spend more or less time with the patient who is being cared for.nI felt the Dr rushed to serve everyone with the minimum waiting time possible.

One star for the front desk attendant who was very nice. Horrible experience otherwise. The staff here didnu2019t know what they were doing and misdiagnosed me as potentially having appendicitis and gave me nothing for my pain (u201call we have here is Tylenolu201d) and suggested I just go to the ERnnI did and was diagnosed with a kidney infection which was never brought up during my urgent care visit.

Never leave here without a prescription in hand. I was suggested to wait and monitor my symptoms. Symptoms have not resolved and now they want another copay.
