The service was efficient, and the technician who collected my sample for the drug test was excellentu2014professional and courteous throughout the process. However, the front desk experience could be improved. While the receptionist wasnu2019t rude, she appeared disengaged and lacked basic courtesy, such as acknowledging a greeting. When I said Good morning, her response was simply, How can I help you? Given that this facility often services government employees, a more welcoming and professional front desk presence would significantly enhance the overall experience.

The staff was phenomenal!!!! Great upbeat attitudes!! The male nurse was extremely patient with my young son and the entire staff just really worked well together. It's literally one of the easiest and quickest visits I have ever experienced. Everything just seemed to flow. They also gave out some sucker's and stickers on the way out. Small things like that just make all the difference for kids. This was our first time here and from now on be my go to urgent care! u2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0f 10 stars!!

I have been going to this location for several years. Only if my PCP is completely booked, or after work hours. However, I was informed by the PA, that this facility should only be used for u201cImmediateu201d care, as the name implies.Last time I was there Oct 24. This location is closest, but after that comment, Iu2019ll be driving from Mid-Del to Moore.

The receptionist was very bland showed no sympathy. The other lady at the receptionist made a comment that u201cchairs were really dirtyu201d after a few patients had left the waiting area, the comment couldu2019ve been kept to herself. The MA was OK she however didnu2019t care to weigh me as I stated I hadnu2019t got weighed in awhile she then stated u201cgive me a good guessu201d sent me to a exam room where it was dirty hadnu2019t been cleaned wiped down or nothing u could see the table paper scrunched up. The Provider was very nice, understanding and explained all my questions.

Ben was very kind and funny as heck. They got me in & out no wait l was there for a employment drug screen and l had to go bad. Ben moved as fast as lightning to get me taken care of. The only complaint I will say is that he did forget to give me back my driver's license so I had to come back and get it but he did call me two times to tell me that I left my driver's license behind.
